Terminology:

• PFFL - Portal for foreign languages, including all content and links
• User - a person entering PFFL in order to get information about the content of PFFL
• User - advertiser: a person entering PFFL in order to post data about own field, give info about contacts, service or other data to the users of PFFL

TERMS OF USE 

The subject of the Terms of Use of PFFL are the conditions of use of PFFL, acceptance of privacy policy, conscientiousness and responsibility of PFFL users and limitation of liability for PFFL.

By entering PFFL, the user accepts the obligation to inform himself of the terms of use, which are subject to change in accordance with PFFL's decision. Upon entering PFFL, the user acknowledges all conditions of use and changes valid at that moment. The afore- mentioned changes of terms of use are valid from the moment of being announced at PFFL.

The user accepts that PFFL does not guarantee and cannot be held liable for the veracity of data posted at PFFL. The user particularly accepts that PFFL is completely free of liability regarding the veracity and quality of services that are or can be given by advertisers at PFFL, regarding veracity, accuracy, reliability or any other characteristics of any kind of information included at PFFL or that can be accessed by using PFFL.

The user of PFFL accepts and assumes all responsibility for using any kind of service provided by advertisers at PFFL and accepts all responsibility for any dealings through using PFFL.

The user particularly accepts that the corporative entity Owen Owen d.o.o. and PFFL do not make any recommendation of any of the entities, private or legal, appearing anywhere on PFFL, and therefore the user also accepts that PFFL does not have control over quality of service offered at PFFL and accepts that PFFL are not responsible for the quality and type of services that are or can be provided by the users of PFFL.

The user also acknowledges and accepts that PFFL is neither responsible for the veracity nor accuracy of its listings, nor for the competence of any of the entities, private or legal, appearing anywhere on PFFL, to give a satisfactory service.

The user accepts both the responsibility and risk for any contacts made using PFFL.

The user accepts the limitation of liability of PFFL and the corporate entity Owen Owen d.o.o. on any grounds, in any direct or indirect relation to the use or content of PFFL. Therefore, the user agrees not to make any claims against PFFL nor the corporate entity Owen Owen d.o.o. in case of litigation between any other users of PFFL or advertisers at PFFL.

The user-advertiser declares that he accepts his own responsibility for the veracity of content or information posted at PFFL.

The user-advertiser declares that he accepts all material and any other kind of responsibility for supplying and posting any his/her/its information, or for any information that can be accessed by using information or content that he/she/it has posted on PFFL.

The user-advertiser declares that all pieces of information are posted in accordance with his/her/its own will, that he/she/it is solely responsible in case that the same information is private or confidential and therefore completely accepts limitation of liability of PFFL and the corporate entity Owen Owen d.o.o., on any grounds for any authorized or unauthorized use of such information about the user-advertiser using PFFL.

The user-advertiser is solely responsible for the quality of services that he/she/it provides.

The user-advertiser particularly acknowledges that he/she/it can make a request for the removal of particular information or content at PFFL. PFFL will, according to technical possibilities and other circumstances, act according to the request of the user-advertiser in the shortest period possible.

These terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between the portal-user/user-advertiser and Portal For Foreign Languages, and is accepted by the user/user-advertiser upon using the Portal for Foreign Languages.

PFFL is available both in Serbian and English language
